Named the 12th best steakhouse in the world, Rockpool Bar & Grill Sydney has just raised the bar again.

This time with an indulgent five-course beef tasting menu ($180pp) crafted by Executive Chef Santiago Aristizabal. From Mexico to Argentina to Colombia, each plate highlights rare and premium beef from Australia’s finest producers, think Wagyu, Angus, and even the elusive Mishima. There’s tartare kissed by fire, rump cap with arepa, and oxtail tucked into a memela. It’s all served in one of Sydney’s most legendary dining rooms, with an optional wine pairing ($120pp) by Head Sommelier Gianmattia Giordano.
