World Class World Cocktail Week May 6th – 13th
Head to Hinky Dinks in Sydney or Belle’s Diner in Melbourne during World Class World Cocktail Week, where Pimped Shakes are the order of the day. Expect a heavy dose of Americana as each bar serves up a Zacapa rum inspired milkshake including the Plenty á Plátano served with warm banana doughnuts and the Peanut Buttered Rum Shake with a slice of pecan pie. $22 for a shake and equally indulgent dessert sounds like a winner to us!

Dish: Warm Banana Doughnuts
Available: Mon-Sat 4pm-Midnight and Sun 1pm-10pm
PLENTY Á PLÁTANO Recipe (2 std drinks)
- 75ml Milk
- 60ml Ron Zacapa 23
- 2 Scoops of In-House Made “Banana Split” Ice Cream
- 10ml Banana Liqueur
- 4 Cubes of Ice
- 50g of Crumbed Peanuts
Place all ingredients, except peanuts, into a blender and blend thoroughly, making sure there is a nice milkshake-like consistency. Pour into a chilled Sundae glass. Garnish: Parasol Spiked through a Maraschino Cherry, Crumbed Peanuts and a Candy Striped Straw.

Dish: Slice of pecan pie and ice cream

- 20 mls Ron Zacapa
- 20 mls PX Sherry
- Peanut Butter Milkshake
Garnished with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
