This month, we’re sipping our way through an exclusive Lottie Complimentary Tequila Tasting, settling in for decadent spring long lunches at AALIA, and celebrating community and cucina Italiana at the annual Norton Street Italian Festival.

Spritz N’Sounds at QT Sydney

QT Sydney’s Parlour is turning up the tempo this spring with Spritz N’Sounds, a new cocktail ritual in partnership with Four Pillars Gin. Running daily from now through to November 30th, Parlour will be serving $10 Four Pillars gin spritzes from 4–6pm alongside luxe $1 escargot, $2 oysters, and playful bites like a caviar-topped Filet O’Fish or prawn roll. As the sun dips, the vibe shifts with DJ-spun beats curated by Brad Mullins every Thursday and Friday evening. Spring Long Lunches Unveiled at AALIA

AALIA is bringing a burst of seasonal freshness to Martin Place with its new Spring Long Lunch menu. Priced at $119pp, this shared dining experience celebrates the vibrancy and warmth of the season through refined Middle Eastern flavours and Australia’s best produce, designed to be enjoyed over a leisurely afternoon. Expect dishes like Angelachu anchovies with aish muhammara, tuna rishta with finger lime, and a brown butter kataifi with coconut and sumac mango, all paired perfectly with Champagne, rosé, or sparkling. Executive Chef Paul Farag describes the menu as “generous, celebratory, and perfect for sharing under the spring sun.”

Norton Street Italian Festa Returns to Leichhardt

Sydney’s longest-running street festival is back! On Sunday 26 October 2025, the iconic Norton Street Italian Festa transforms the heart of Little Italy in Leichhardt into a vibrant playground of food, music, and Italian culture. Now in its 39th year, the festival welcomes around 180,000 visitors to explore over 170 stalls, roving street performers, kid-friendly rides, classic Italian cars, beer gardens, and local breweries and distilleries. Foodies will delight in tasting gnocchi, panzerotti, pizza, pasta, cannoli, and gelato from local favourites including Bar Italia, Dom Panino, Capriccio, Il Cugino, Locantro Bakery, and Mezzapica Cakes, alongside visiting food trucks.

Jazz & Josper at Franca

Franca has reimagined its much-loved Wednesday night jazz evenings into a new dining experience that fuses old-world charm with modern flair: Jazz & Josper. Each Wednesday from 7pm, diners can enjoy live jazz paired with a $75 two-course set menu, perfect for a midweek escape or a romantic date night. Begin with pan-fried gnocchi with mushrooms, goat’s cheese and sage, or grilled octopus with ratatouille and preserved lemon, followed by mains like John Dory with dill and mustard beurre blanc, or a Rangers Valley rump cap with béarnaise, poivre, and fries for the table.

A World-First Harbour Dining Experience Arrived in Sydney

Launching this October, Solaré becomes the city’s first full-service restaurant on the water, housed aboard a 150-foot superyacht on Sydney Harbour. Part restaurant, cocktail bar, and Mediterranean-style beach club, Solaré promises an unparalleled experience across three luxurious decks. Pure Pours: Central Otago NZ Wine Festival Lands in Sydney

This spring, the spirit of New Zealand’s South Island arrives in Sydney for one sun-soaked afternoon of world-class wine. On Saturday, 25 October, The Wine Bar at The International will transform into a vineyard-lined escape for Pure Pours: Central Otago NZ Wine Festival, Sydney’s first celebration dedicated entirely to the famed Central Otago region. W Sydney Turns Up the Volume with Mode Festival 2025

W Hotels is turning up Sydney’s spring soundtrack, bringing its global music platform W Current to Australia for the first time through an exclusive partnership with Mode Festival 2025. On Monday, 13th October, Shaffa will host a one-night-only kitchen takeover with Brisbane’s Ach Wine Bar & Bistro.
