Ring in a new decade with an extravagant beachside party at Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel

Drink, New Years 2020, Play, Sydney / 3 December 2019

Kick-off 2020 in style with panoramic harbour views, prime firework viewing spots and sets by Sydney’s best DJs.

It’s undeniably one of the biggest nights of the year. For many Sydneysiders that means flocking to the harbour foreshore in hopes of scoring an epic vantage point. But for those looking to beat the city crowds, this iconic beachside playground is putting on one of Sydney’s biggest New Year Eve parties not to be missed.

Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel, in collaboration with its presenting partner Heineken, is once again bringing its wild party vibes and panoramic views of Sydney Harbour this NYE with a jam-packed line up of unmissable entertainment. From 5pm on December 31st, the venue will come alive with one of the Eastern Suburbs most talked about NYE events. With the sparkling water providing the perfect backdrop for the night, revelers will be putting on a show that will get everyone dancing into the new year.

As sunset arrives, Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel will give Sydneysiders plenty of reason to boogie with local DJs Dameeeela, Eddy Diamond and Caitlin Medcalf kicking off the party before handing over to headliner and Sydney local KLP, taking over the decks from 8:30pm to 10pm. To keep vibes high right up until the big countdown, retro duo Groove City will be spinning their signature basslines and 70s funk tracks from 11:30pm to 1am. Plus, Australia’s colourful drag prince BRENDAN de la HAY will be performing his signature cabaret acts throughout the evening, with fire artist Roshie Model twirling her flames as day turns to night.

The final release of tickets to NYE at Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel are on sale now (and selling fast), with two pricing options available.
