The hero serve is the Mango & Chamoy Frozen Spicy Marg, a cooling blend of Patrón Silver, fresh local mango, lime, salsa chamoy and tajín that brings the perfect balance of sweet, tangy and spicy. For the brave, there’s the Carolina Reaper Spicy Marg, a bold challenge that’s definitely not for the faint-hearted.
The menu also features creative serves like the jalapeño-spiked Say Anything with watermelon and mint, plus refreshing shooters starting at $12. Here’s the kicker: North Bondi Fish and Patrón have created just 200 limited edition co-branded chilli hats. Book a February table and pre-order a Hot Marg Summer cocktail to score one free. Margaritas are $24 each and available all day throughout summer.
