Seven nights. One precinct. Infinite ways to feast, rave, and reset.
This June, Wunderlich Lane flips the switch on NightShift, a week-long festival of art, food, music, and nocturnal mischief. From June 16th–22nd, Redfern’s newest cultural precinct transforms into a solstice playground where every night delivers a different flavour of indulgence.
Expect Greek feasts, Italo disco banquets, noodle-fuelled raves, and heated rooftop rituals. Whether you’re up for a jazz-infused dinner, an omakase fish breakdown, or a guided winter sleep ceremony — NightShift is your ticket to the longest (and most vibrant) nights of the year.
NightShift Festival at a Glance:
- What to Eat: Fire-kissed pizzetta sandwiches at S’WICH and Regina, whole tuna omakase at R by Raita Noda, and Italo disco pizza parties with Gelato Messina on dessert duty. Yes, please.
- What to Drink: Wrap your hands around a hot winter cocktail at The EVE’s steamy rooftop pool or sip spicy mulled wine in Saardé’s scented flagship store.
- When to Go: Any evening between June 16–22 — but don’t miss Saturday’s full-blown Noodle Rave or Monday’s decadent Greek Feast Launch Party.
- Cost: Events are individually ticketed; food and drink prices vary. From a cheeky slice to a full banquet blowout — pick your pace.
- Where to Play After: Keep the vibes rolling at Bar Julius with a nightcap and some smooth Setwun jazz or hit the communal table at Bank Lane’s Italo Discoteria.
- Vibe Check: Think European laneway energy meets inner-west edge — culture-forward, musically charged, and designed to tempt all five senses.
- Book It: Lock in your session at Wunderlich Lane’s NightShift program and don’t sleep on the hot-ticket collabs.
