Château Minuty has made history with their 2025 limited-edition M cuvée rosé, marking the first time the prestigious French winery has collaborated with an Australian artist.
Enter Elliott Routledge, whose vibrant blue-toned illustrations transform each bottle into a canvas celebrating the Saint-Tropez landscape that surrounds Minuty’s vineyards.
Routledge’s artwork captures the essence of the French Riviera through flowing waves and sunset gradients that shift from pink to blue, reflecting the Mediterranean influence on the grapes. The wine itself delivers with a Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah blend offering pearly pink hues, aromatic intensity from tangy red berries to exotic fruits, and that signature crunchy fruit character.
But here’s where it gets exciting: Minuty has transformed Nielsen Park Kiosk into “The Minuty Beach Club” until 17th of November. Picture rosé by the glass, refreshing slushies, Fraser Isle Spanner Crab tacos, and beach chair hire for the ultimate French Riviera experience in Sydney.
