Could you stomach it? Sydney’s acclaimed NEL Restaurant is launching a one-off degustation that’s equal parts fine dining and primal survival.

In celebration of Yellowjackets Season Three streaming exclusively on Paramount+ and running for four nights only (March 4th-7th), the ‘Eat Your Heart Outmenu is an 11-course culinary adventure that will transport guests deep into the untamed wilderness of the Emmy®-nominated series. Expect a dining experience that’s immersive, unexpected, and—dare we say—unsettling.

For three spine-tingling hours, guests will scavenge for their survival, before the evening takes a dark turn. Let’s just say, by dessert, you might find yourself grappling with the same dilemma as Shauna: friend… or feast?

Renowned for his playful and provocative approach to fine dining, Chef Nelly Robinson has crafted a menu that pushes the boundaries of what’s visually confronting yet undeniably delicious. “How do you make an ear appetising? How do you get someone to dig into a brain? The answer is in the flavours,” says Robinson. “While it might not look conventionally appetising, the taste will leave you speechless.”
