7 days, 3 ingredients, 1 great cause. Negroni Week is back, celebrating 100 years of the Negroni.
Negroni Week is back and what better way to curb your winter blues than with a classic Italian aperitif in hand? Running 24th – 30th June, Negroni Week marks more than just your typical commercial venture. Coming into its seventh year, it also represents a week-long charity initiative, sponsored by Campari and Imbibe Magazine. It sees both on and off-trade supporters donate a minimum of AUD $1 per drink to a charity of their choice.
This year also marks the centenary of the Negroni, one of the world’s most iconic classic cocktails. Here are a few of top picks on where to celebrate Negroni Week in Sydney.
