Nāda Sound Spa at Saddles Mount White, the candlelight experience just over an hour from Sydney
The Nāda Sound Spa at Saddles Mount White returns to the restored timber barn at Saddles on 1 August, combining ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, breathwork and live sound healing by candlelight.
Led by Nada Sound Spa founders Jen and Adam, the evening moves through crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, cello, Egyptian flutes, gongs, drums and chimes in an immersive after-dark experience designed to calm the nervous system.
