Book a Mother’s Day one course breakfast at the Botanic Gardens Restaurant and receive a glass of Piper-Heidsieck champagne on arrival for Mum. You can choose from an array of signature dishes, including buttermilk pancakes, berry compote and vanilla cream or eggs benedict – smoked salmon, ham or bacon, hollandaise sauce.
Breakfast is available from 7.30am to 11.00am and costs $30.00 per adult and $15 per child under 12.

Book a Mother’s Day three course lunch at the Botanic Gardens Restaurant and receive a glass of Piper-Heidsieck champagne on arrival for Mum. Choose from an array of signature dishes, including roasted snapper with turnip, pea shoot, leek and mushroom consommé or Gippsland beef tenderloin with walnut, steamed eggplant and sesame.
Lunch is available between 11.30am and 4.00pm and costs $95.00 per adult and $55 per child under 18 or $30 per child under 12.
