Picture: elegant bites by Executive Pastry Chef Nicolas Blanc, live music floating through the air, and a personalised illustrated keepsake for every mum drawn on the spot by the very talented Cai of @soystreet. Add a splash of champagne and this dreamy high tea becomes the ultimate celebration in the sky.

Mode Kitchen & Bar is putting on a Mother’s Day spread that’s nothing short of spectacular – think seasonal favourites, lunch classics done right, and show-stopping desserts handcrafted by their new Chef de Cuisine, Marco Putzolu.
