Mirazur, One Of The World’s Best Restaurants, Is Coming To Sydney For A Three Week Pop-Up

Straight out of the French Riviera and into Australia’s own Cote d’Azur, Mirazur is set to take residency at an iconic waterfront Sydney location this March.

With internationally renowned L’Enclume will announcing a five-week Sydney residency this winter, and three-Michelin star Mirazur officially lined up for Autumn, it might just be time to break open that piggy bank. Voted number one in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants (a title held from 2019 to 2021), Mirazur is travelling beyond borders to host a three-week pop-up at Walsh Bay’s illustrious ‘The Gantry’ at Pier One from March 10. 

The residency comes as part of the Mirazur Beyond Borders project, whereby the Mirazur team travels the world finding inspiration and learning from new cultures by cooking in new environments, using different ingredients and producers and serving it all up to a remarkable new backdrop for each residency. 

Sydney will be the first port of call in the world series, which will see head chef and owner, Mauro Colagreco, and his team, serving up the best of Australia’s produce reconstructed into an original menu that reflects the Mirazur ethos and energy. 

Joining Colagreco, is Mirazur’s Chief Operating Officer Maria Tancredi, Executive Chef Luca Mattioli and a large team from the front of house, the sommelier team and kitchen, and even its Agronome (garden-scientist) from Mirazur’s gardens Silvina Dayer each exploring Sydney soil and all it has to offer to create a unique food and beverage menu, as well as delivering Mirazur’s renowned service.

The once-in-a-lifetime experience comes in (just) under the cost of an airfare at $685pp for a multi-course tasting menu with the option to add paired wines starting at $210pp, but you better get in quick if you’d like to secure a seat!
