Inside Meadow Cronulla, the New Day-to-Night Bar from the Bobby’s Owners
Meadow Cronulla is a new vinyl-led bar and French-inspired bistro on Cronulla Street, the latest opening from Adam and Kylie Micola, the team behind local favourite Bobby’s. Taking over the former Papa J’s site, the day-to-night spot is built around records, Champagne and quality cocktails, with food from group executive chef Pablo Tordesillas.
Tordesillas has created a menu of refined small plates and thoughtfully composed mains. Expect classics like duck liver parfait with onion jam and cornichons, Moreton Bay bug with rouille, and their signature Meadows prime cheeseburger topped with café de Paris butter.
The drinks lean into champagne and quality cocktails, with a daily aperitif hour perfect for the venue’s all-day format.
Designed by Tom Mark Henry (the studio behind Bobby’s interiors), the 94-seat space balances warmth and sophistication, transitioning effortlessly from casual daytime dining to vibrant late-night atmosphere. Meadow also marks the launch of Anyway Hospitality, the new group housing Bobby’s, Bangor Tavern and this latest addition.
