Cocktail lovers, we have some big news about one of our favourite bars, Maybe Sammy.
It’s been a big year for the crew behind one of Sydney’s best cocktail bars. Back in November, we shared details of a big win for Maybe Sammy. The bar has ranked in at #11 at the recent 2020 The World’s 50 Best Bars. Plus, the team also scored the title of Best Bar in Australasia for the second year in a row.
But they’ve been busy slinging delicious drinks, too. Earlier this year they crafted an epic range of mini martinis (priced at just $5.50 each). And they also teamed up with iconic Sydney restaurant Aria for a series of exclusive dinners back in October.
Clearly, Maybe Sammy is onto a winning combination focused on premium service, hospitality, and a top-notch cocktail offering. And now, we’ve heard exciting news of a new venue set to open in Sydney in 2021.
The owners of Maybe Sammy have partnered with the team from TFE Hotels to create an exciting new drinking and dining experience in early 2021. The premium hotel is set to open on the corner of George and Hunter Streets in the heart of the CBD and will be a must-see spot for Sydney foodies.
Maybe Sammy’s co-owners Vince Lombardo, Stef Catino and Andrea Gualdi are working hard to refine the concept behind the bar and restaurant opening in early 2021. The venue (set to be called Deans On 22) will be an exciting new premium spot. Plus, the team are also working on curating in-room drinking and dining experiences, which will include bottled cocktails from Maybe Sammy.
While details remain scarce, we’ll keep you updated as soon as we hear more about this new venue from Maybe Sammy.
