Festiville will celebrate the vibrant community of Marrickville Metro with music, food, and live entertainment.
Get ready for the debut of ‘Festiville’ at Marrickville Metro this weekend. Join in on an immersive celebration filled with a kaleidoscope of colours, flavours, and energy on the 10th and 11th of June 2023.
This event is all about bringing the community together under one grand celebration. It’ll be an action-packed weekend filled with family-friendly activities, delicious food and drinks, entertainment, and a whole lot more.
The festivities will also feature the incredibly talented local singer/songwriter Martha, Australian Idol’s Kartik Kuna as well as Haley Holgate, Southy as well as the gifted students from Marrickville’s local schools. It’s a world of themed wonder at Festiville, where you’ll discover different areas like Beautyville, Kidsville, and market pop-ups with demonstrations. Each themed area provides a unique and distinct experience, with something for everyone to enjoy!
The two-day event features some incredible live demonstrations from guests such as Masterchef’s Pete Campbell, who will be cooking up some great 30 minute meals, as well as Jessica, the little Italian Cook. Also, If you’ve got kids – hold them back… because Bluey and her little sister Bingo will also be popping up for a meet and greet, but be sure to book your session with Bluey here as spaces are running out fast. There’ll be plenty more guest appearances that will be announced, which will be posted on Marrickville Metro website closer to the Festiville.
Festiville aims to unite the community in celebration, with an immersive experience in sights, sounds, and tastes. Entry to Festiville is FREE and runs from Saturday 10th June – Sunday 11th June 2023, at 10am – 9pm.
