Altum ‘Taste of Xanadu’ Wine Dinner – 19th March
Celebrate ten years of the iconic Xanadu Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay at this special ‘Taste of Xanadu’ wine dinner. NOLA Meat Month
Paying homage to all things meaty this month is NOLA. Kicking off from Friday 1st March, punters can expect a series of meat-inspired events and offerings. There’s all-you-can-eat Meat Mondays from just $49pp, plus a Saturday Pork Fest, giving pork lovers a nine-course shared style dinner for $95pp.
To round off the month, a special one-off Beef Degustation Lunch will kick off on Saturday 30th March. Manly Inflatable Boat Race 2019
Get your float on this month at the annual Manly Inflatable Boat Race! Kicking off on Sunday 17th March, get your inflatable flamingo ready, as the 1km race sees people paddle from Shelley Beach to South Steyne. All profits raised go to Tour de Cure.

Scout Sydney arrives to The Dolphin Surry Hills
Scout by London export, Matt Whiley, is bringing his Sydney version of world famous bar to Surry Hills. Opening Thursday 28th February Scout Sydney will take up permanent residency above The Dolphin Hotel. Here they’ll be slinging sustainably focused cocktails that blur the line between cocktail, wine and drink. The unique drinks list will sit alongside a small plate program created in collaboration with Icebergs and The Dolphin Hotel’s head chef Monty Koludrovic.
Black to Beaches: Northern Beaches Espresso Martini Festival
Over the course of a booze-laden weekend, Manly Spirit Co. Distillery will transform into an espresso martini lovers paradise, with the inaugural Black to Beaches Espresso Martini Festival. Landing to the Northern Beaches on 16th & 17th March, the festival features immersive Manly Spirits Co. masterclasses, a coffee sensory experience by Seven Miles and boozy food by Peanut Butter Jelly. Rockpool Bar & Grill is getting set to turn the big 1-0! To celebrate, they’re hosting a month-long 10th birthday menu throughout March. Honouring some of Neil Perry and Head Chef Corey Costelloe’s best known dishes. Guests can expect the likes of tuna tartare with Moroccan eggplant salad; split-marinated, roasted Spencer Gulf King prawns; Cape Grim 36-month old, grass-fed, fillet, minute steak with Café de Pari butter; and Catherine’s passionfruit pavlova.
