Enjoy a long lunch with beachside views at Manly Wine this Mother’s Day.
Manly Wine is hosting a special three-course lunch by the beach this Mother’s Day. The long lunch set menu will include shared starters of roasted chicken and tarragon terrine, mushroom poppers with black garlic aioli, cured salmon potato mousseline tartlet, and their signature triple pork sausage roll.
For the main course there will be poached chicken breast fillet with a warm quinoa tabouli, grilled sirloin steak with herbed kipflers and roasted garlic butter, gold band snapper fillet with lemon mash, baby truss tomatoes and a tarragon bisque. All mains are served with side salads.
Shared desserts will top off the experience, including the array of flourless chocolate cake, chocolate macaroon, peach tartlets and warm chocolate and walnut brownie with salted caramel gelato.
The little ones aren’t forgotten either, with a kids meal option available for under 12’s.
