If you’ve ever wondered what goes into crafting the perfect gin, Manly Spirits Co. Distillery is handing you the copper still. For a limited time, the Northern Beaches favourite is running a 2-for-1 promotion on its popular Gin School experience, meaning you can bring a partner, friend or fellow gin lover along for FREE.
The hands-on class runs for around two hours and takes place inside the working Brookvale distillery, where guests learn the fundamentals of gin distillation before creating their own recipe using a selection of native Australian and exotic botanicals. You’ll work with a mini copper pot still, guided by expert distillers, before bottling your very own 700ml custom-made gin to take home. Along the way there’s a welcome gin and tonic, a cocktail mid-class and an antipasto platter to snack on while your spirit slowly comes to life.
