The buttery, golden love child of Melbourne’s cult croissanterie and Australia’s most awarded gin distillery has arrived.
Meet Croissant Gin, a silky, nutty, pastry-laced drop born from a collaboration between Four Pillars and Lune Croissanterie.
In what might be the most indulgent crossover since espresso met martini, this limited-edition gin is infused with Lune’s signature clarified butter (yes, really), roasted almonds, wattle seed, vanilla, nutmeg, and Four Pillars’ signature organic oranges. The result? A rich, textural gin that works equally well in a G&T or a brunch-worthy Espresso Gin-tini.
Four Pillars Head Distiller Sarah Prowse calls it “buttery, nutty, and just a little bit magic,” and Lune’s Kate Reid is equally obsessed, saying, “I can honestly say I’ve never been thirsty for a croissant before, but once you taste this gin, you’ll get it.”
Croissant Gin is here for a good time, not a long time—so with only a limited number of bottles available, you’d better roll up to the checkout before it’s gone.
