Sydney’s favourite French bistro, boulangerie and traiteur is serving its cult croissants for just $1 this December.

Loulou will mark its fourth birthday on Thursday, 18th December, with its annual $1 croissant celebration. The team will serve its signature plain croissants with any coffee purchase from 7am until sold out.

Head Baker Brendon Woodward makes Loulou’s croissants using classic boulangerie-style dough and a sourdough starter. This technique creates rich layers with a subtle tang. Many locals rate them among Sydney’s best. To share the love, Loulou will offer 500 croissants, limited to two per person.

Beyond the birthday special, Loulou will stock freshly baked baguettes, sweet treats and festive hampers. These are ideal for Christmas gifting or entertaining. Arrive early to secure a croissant and start the day on a high note.
