Hotel Morris Sydney – Handwritten Collection has launched Dial-A-Tiramisu, a limited-time room service package that delivers an oversized, handcrafted tiramisu straight to your room.

For one month only, until 31st March, guests can check-in, unwind, and enjoy a 1KG tiramisu for two, served on a grand dessert tray with two spoons—though sharing is entirely optional.

Designed for romantic getaways, weekend escapes, or anyone craving an indulgent stay, this unique experience combines boutique luxury with pure decadence. The Dial-A-Tiramisu package, priced from $379, offers guests the perfect pairing of comfort and indulgence. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a drink before settling into a Morris King Room for a night of relaxation. The experience also includes breakfast for two the following morning, ensuring a well-rounded and satisfying stay. The highlight of the package, however, is undoubtedly the 1KG handcrafted tiramisu, delivered straight to the room on an elegant dessert tray.

Inspired by the hotel’s Italian heritage, the oversized tiramisu is made with layers of coffee-soaked sponge, rich mascarpone, and a dusting of cocoa, creating a dessert that is as visually impressive as it is delicious.

General Manager Luke Gibbs describes the offering as a celebration of Italian charm and indulgence. “We wanted to create something playful, indulgent, and distinctly Hotel Morris,” he explains. “Tiramisu is Italy’s most beloved dessert, and when it arrives in your room on a grand tray, it becomes an experience in itself—oozing charm and paying homage to the hotel’s rich Italian roots.”

Located on Pitt Street, Hotel Morris offers a boutique retreat in the heart of the city. Originally designed in the 1920s, the heritage-listed building has been transformed through the expertise of Tom Mark Henry, with branding by Squad Ink and a hospitality concept from Fellow Hospitality.
