Got the winter blues? Ikaria Bondi has the cure with spritzes, dips, and seaside energy, transporting you to the Mediterranean.
Ikaria Bondi is dialling up Euro summer energy this winter with its new Greek Sunset Happy Hour. A daily dose of sun-soaked sips, pita, and dips designed to make you feel like you’re on a Greek island (even in the Sydney cold).
Running every day through winter, the offering is simple and solid: $10 Aperol or Campari Spritzes and $15 plates of pita with your pick of house-made hummus, taramasalata, or muhammara.
If you’re sticking around, the night doesn’t end at golden hour. From 10 pm to midnight, they’re pouring $15 margaritas, turning Ikaria into your late-night European party spot- no passport required.
