So, what is the event all about? Coming to Oz direct from the US, Happy Place is the pop-up phenomenon working to spread smiles across the globe. Earning itself the title of ‘the world’s most Instagrammable exhibit’, Happy Place is about to land in Sydney (for the first time ever) after a series of sold-out residencies across the United States, including stints in LA, Chicago, Toronto, Boston, Las Vegas, and Philadelphia.
Reopening on the rooftop of Sydney’s Broadway shopping centre from Friday, July 3rd and running until Sunday, August 16th, Happy Place is designed to be a one-of-a-kind experience ready to help Sydneysiders find their happy. In fact, the exhibit has been enjoyed by over one million people with multiple rooms and spaces to be explored.
Happy Place Sydney is set to deliver the world’s largest indoor confetti dome, an epic rainbow featuring a jump-friendly ‘Pot of Happiness’, the famous rubber ducky bathtub, an oh-so-delicious cookie room filled with the sweet scents of baked choc-chip cookies, a gravity-defying upside-down space and so much more. The star of the show? Make sure to snap your experience inside the golden room filled with 40,000 handmade flowers. Now that’s one for the Insta feed!
