Prefecture 48 is hosting one of the most unique dining events set to grace Sydney this Winter.

Rice, Stirred & Served is a one-night-only Japanese degustation happening on July 3rd, in partnership with House of Suntory’s Haku Vodka, blending masterful martinis, fine robata cuisine, and a decadent dessert.

Begin your night at Whisky Thief with a Haku Martini Tasting Flight, led by renowned House of Suntory Ambassador Natalie Ng, paired with seasonal canapés celebrating the elegance of polished Japanese white rice (hakumai). Then move through to Ibushi, the newly hatted robata restaurant, for six courses of refined Japanese fare cooked over charcoal. To finish? A signature dessert from cult-fave Dear Florence, boxed and ready to enjoy at home.
