After two rough years away, NSW’s favourite regional festival – Groovin The Moo – is back and it’s bigger than ever.
Groovin the Moo has spent the last two years grazing in the paddocks, patiently waiting for the world to return to normal. Now, finally the time has come to gallop to three beloved regions of Australia, presenting a stack of incredible artists.
This year GTM will be hitting up three destinations instead of the usual six; Maitland, Canberra and Bendigo. The all-ages festival is presenting an eclectic line-up of fresh and familiar talent from around the globe. With international travel back in full swing, the stage is set to welcome some of our favourite international acts alongside beloved Aussie icons.
No stranger to the festival circuit, homegrown talent includes the likes of Peking Duk, Hilltop Hoods, Middle Kids, Montaigne, and Hockey Dad. Also representing the homefront will be more recently acclaimed chart heavyweights like Hope D, Sycco, JK-47, Jesswar, and viral sensations Shouse and Masked Wolf.
We’re just as excited about the international line-up which includes indie-pop siblings BROODS hopping over from NZ, UK rockers Wolf Alice, German rock duo Milky Chance, and dance lords Snakehips and Riton plus many more.
The festival kicks off at its longest-standing home in Maitland NSW on Saturday 23 April before hopping over to EPIC in Canberra ACT on Sunday 24 April with the final show in Bendigo VIC on Saturday 30 April.
Whether you’re new to Groovin The Moo or a fully fledged festival fanatic, GMT is the perfect opportunity to escape the city and plug into all senses. Immerse yourself in a world of pure happiness, incredible music and the funnest of times.
