Let The Good Times Be Gin: A Luxe Gin And Tonic Festival Is Spilling Into The Sheraton

Drink, Festivals, Sydney / 4 May 2022

Enjoy gin and cocktail tastings from 6+ local distilleries, 5 x tokens and masterclasses, 5-star snacks and take-home gifts at the Go Local Premium Gin Festival.

Kick back under the spectacular glass atrium of The Conservatory Bar overlooking Hyde Park, as you sip your way through a gincredible line-up of Sydney and NSW spirits, non-alcoholic beverages and botanical concoctions this Saturday 14th May.

The first of its kind Sydney Festival will be held in partnership with the iconic Sheraton Grand Hotel and will offer gin lovers the opportunity to explore the ever-evolving world of gin and tonic in the picturesque Conservatory Bar overlooking Hyde Park.

The Internationally acclaimed venue will play host to a spectacular showcase of immersive ultra-premium pop-up gin stations and mini masterclasses from some of NSW’s best distilleries. Guests will relish a rare opportunity to meet master distillers from Archie Rose, Poor Toms, Fever Tree, Hickson Road Distillery and more who will be sharing the tastiest gin hacks and tipples throughout the day.

The Australian Cocktail Month event will pay particular homage to our favourite local native botanicals, aromats and garnishes, supporting and celebrating the best of NSW libations. Participating distilleries include; Poor Toms Distillery, one of the pioneers of the new-wave of Australian distilling bringing real pleasure to people’s lives with audacious and honest spirits, especially gin; The Farmer’s Wife Distillery, created on a farm in the small village of Allworth NSW creating boutique batch, hand-crafted gin – an homage to the tradition of gin making and the native botanicals found in NSW and of course Australia’s most highly awarded distillery Archie Rose, to name a few.

The full line-up features tastings and stations from the well-known:

  • Fever Tree
  • Archie Rose Distillery
  • Hickson House Distilling Co.
  • Lyres Spirit Co.
  • The Farmer’s Wife Distillery
  • Poor Toms Distillery
  • + more to be announced.

And what is a cocktail without a good mixer? Australia’s favourite mixer brand Fever-Tree will be there to bring your cocktails to the next level.
