You will learn:

- to become aware of what you’re avoiding and kick procrastination to the curb
- to become more connected to yourself, to others, and the world around you
- to increase self-awareness and self-acceptance
- how to keep your cool in relationships
- to learn the distinction between you and your thoughts
- how to respond and not react to whatever life throws at you
