Free Yoga at Sydney’s Most Exclusive Harbour Clubs

/ 14 January 2026

Sydney Harbour Yoga Club is opening the doors to some of the harbour’s most exclusive venues with Harbour Flow, a free waterfront yoga series running through March.

We’re talking Double Bay Sailing Club, Rose Bay Marina, and Vaucluse Yacht Club, sailing clubs and marinas typically closed to the public.

The one-hour sessions cater to all levels and take place at sunrise or sunset, accompanied by live acoustic music or sound bowls against Sydney’s iconic harbour backdrop. Think morning flows with sound bowl meditation or sunset sessions with live music, all set on the water’s edge at venues you’d normally need a membership to access.

Sessions include sunrise yoga at Double Bay Sailing Club, sunset flows at Vaucluse Yacht Club, and special full moon sessions with live music. Supported by Woollahra Council, the program offers a rare chance to experience these exclusive waterfront spots while getting your zen on.

All sessions are free but require booking here.
