Fred’s Providore, the much-loved cafe, grocer and butchery in Cronulla, is now going from day to night.
Fred’s After Hours will see the neighbourhood favourite transform into a low-lit wine bar and bistro serving European-inspired share plates, signature cocktails (with a prosecco chaser) and premium cuts straight from the in-house butchery.
Expect caviar-topped crumpets, tuna crudo, grass-fed tartare and a dry-aged bistecca cooked over hibachi. On the drinks list? A curated selection of 16 wines by the glass, plus cocktails with clever touches, like a passionfruit martini paired with prosecco, designed to reset the palate between sips.
