Running now through to 31st August, the Taste of Winter experience pairs limited-edition winter dishes with standout wines from Orange, Mudgee, Burgundy, Mendoza and beyond. There’s a curated passport to guide your journey, with a luxe Watsons Bay Hotel stay up for grabs if you visit all 23 venues. 

The vibe? Think crackling fireplaces, live tunes, local flavours, and a different dish-and-drop combo at every stop. Whether you’re sipping Maison Saint AIX Rosé with lobster rolls by the bay, or pairing Beaujolais with chicken liver parfait in Rozelle, it’s like the wine crawl of your dreams.

Watsons Bay Hotel: AIX Rosé  with tiger prawns, lobster rolls, and tuna tartare. 

Sinclair’s, Penrith: Audrey Wilkinson Semillon paired with scallops in garlic sauce.

The Red Lion Hotel, Rozelle: Beaujolais with saucisson, parfait, and beetroot eggs.

Arturo’s, Wooloomooloo: Barbera Nebbiolo with Italian salumi and snacks.
