This October, an exclusive one-day-only Pilates experience is coming to North Bondi’s Surf Life Saving Club. On Saturday, October 26th, Fluidform LIVE presents a series of Pilates classes, intimate Q&A sessions plus bespoke beauty experiences from Estée Lauder team of beauty advisors. The day is designed to reboot your mind, body and soul with intimate Pilates-focused workshops to help students perfect body positioning and form throughout every move.
Fluidform has been a destination for Pilates lovers since 2012, founded by director Kirsten King. As a passionate advocate for the functional and aesthetic changes Pilates can unlock, Kirsten specialises in delivering highly personalised experiences tailored to each student’s unique needs. And she’s received well-earned attention for her work, training the bodies of some of the globe’s most recognisable faces including P.E. Nation founder Pip Edwards, Georgia Fowler, Elle Ferguson, and professional athletes such as Steve Smith, Greg Inglis and George and Tom Burgess. Now, you can be trained by this Pilates-pro too!
There are two sessions held on the day, with Session 1 running from 8:30 am to 11:30 am and Session 2 running from 12 pm to 3 pm, both held at the picturesque North Bondi Surf Life Saving Club. Each session begins with a 1 hour Pilates class led by Kirsten, followed by an intimate Q&A designed (moderated by Elle Ferguson) to answer your burning Pilates-related questions. To finish off the day, refuel with Japanese-inspired sushi bowls provided by the team at Fishbowl.
All equipment will be provided by the Fluidform team. Plus, Estée Lauder’s experts will be running bespoke colour matching services, with all attendees walking away with a 10-day sample of their chosen Double Wear Foundation.
