Flow Athletic Hosts Spin Classes at Home Nightclub

Spin Yourself Fit in 2018 at Home Nightclub.

Ah, Home Nightclub. Known as the home of more than a decade of dance parties, epileptic strobe lights, various musical genres and plenty of sweaty dance floor action. But forget the vodka Red Bulls, this time your high will come from an energy fuelled spin class courtesy of Flow Athletic.
Based in Paddington, Flow Athletic is a gym with a difference. Basing their philosophy on a balanced approach to fitness they only offer classes focused on yoga, strength and fitness. They’ve gained a strong following, launching other innovative exercise programs such as Flow After Dark: Silent Disco Yoga. The concept is simple. Put on some noise cancelling headphones and partake in a 90 minute yoga session in a room full of yogis (sometimes up to 400) whilst listening to smooth beats. Suitable for all skill levels, instructor Kate Kendall leads the vinyasa yoga session in the dark while DJ James Mack was spinning tunes.
After last years’ sell out program, Flow Athletic are now selling tickets to Pride Night Club Spin at Home Nightclub. Because, why not? This is an absolute killer work-out and sure to shed some of those silly season kilos and be fun at the same time. The sessions will be led by co-founder Ben Lucas along with other renowned spin trainers.
Tickets are selling fast with a number of sessions already selling out. There are still spots available on Wednesday 31st January 6pm, 7pm and 8pm Thursday 1st February at 6pm, 7pm and 8pm.
Bookings can be made here.
