Like yoga? Love silent discos? You won’t want to miss Flow After Dark.
Sydney-siders, it appears that your love for yoga burns like a strong, unwavering flame. You’re also not afraid to get a little creative when it comes to collaborative projects. You’ve had Bieryoga – where you eagerly sipped on your favourite brews whilst performing our best downward dogs. Complementing this sip-n-stretch collaboration has been Vino n Vinyasa – a beautiful marriage of wine and yoga. After hosting countless sold out events Flow Athletic are hosting their last ever Flow After Dark Yoga Silent Disco experience on Tuesday 24th October.
You’re invited to one of the largest health conscious parties going around. Think illuminating headphones, progressive style beats and your best yogi moves – all under the roof of one of Sydney’s favourite live music venues, The Hordern Pavilion.
This special class is scheduled to run for 90 minutes and welcomes all skill levels. A vinyasa yoga program will be led by Flow Athletic co-founder, Kate Kendall. Based in Paddington, Flow Athletic base their philosophy on a balanced approach to fitness. They exclusively offer classes focused on yoga, strength and fitness.
Behind the decks to provide the fluid beats will be DJ James Mack. Over a career spanning more than a decade, Mack has become synonymous with with delivering a well integrated blend of house, funk, soul and the latest club tracks.
