Newtown’s Flight Path Wine Bar is set to host something a little different this August.
For one night only, the neighbourhood favourite is teaming up with McLaren Vale’s Chalk Hill Wines to present the Sensory Odyssey, an immersive tasting that pairs music with wine to create a unique, multi-sensory journey.
Each session will guide guests through a curated selection of Chalk Hill wines, paired with soundscapes designed to enhance their character and complexity. As the music unfolds, so do the wines, blending taste, sound and story into a cellar door experience unlike anything Sydney has seen before.
“This is about exploring the harmony between wine and music,” says Chalk Hill Managing Director Tom Harvey. “Our team has carefully designed soundscapes that reflect each wine’s personality and narrative. Together, they become something more.
