The world-first motel takeover lands in Sydney this October, complete with Room 305 – a shrine to the Fireball anthem.
Sydney is about to get a whole lot hotter. Fireball Whisky, the number-one shot in both Australia and the USA, is cranking up the mischief with Motel Fireball’Inn, a month-long hotel takeover at The Downing Hotel in the CBD. From October 1st to 31st, fans can check into the ultimate party pad: Room 305, an over-the-top shrine to the iconic Fireball anthem.
Inside, guests will find everything from custom Fireball bedspreads and slippers to a Fireball-branded vanity kit, a wall of minis, and even a circular bed. And yes—the legendary Fireball Bubbler makes its fiery return, ready to keep spirits flowing all night long. Beyond Room 305, the entire second level of the hotel will be transformed into a party playground with a mini bar, cocktails, and an unhinged karaoke stage for belting out anthems until late.
“Most nights out follow the same boring script. We’re ripping it up,” says Fireball’s APAC Marketing Director, Anna Lam. “The Motel Fireball’Inn is outrageous and downright mischievous, just like the brand.”
Alongside the takeover, Fireball is also launching 305 limited-edition Party Packs, think Fireball-branded suits, bald caps, and even jacket pockets roomy enough for a couple of minis. Fans can also enter via Fireball’s Instagram to score the ultimate prize: an exclusive one-night takeover of Room 305 itself.
