Atticus Hospitality, the team behind Esteban and tqm., have opened Elliott’s, Part modern bistro, part cocktail bar, and part live music hub on the corner of Elliott Street, Balmain.
Elliott’s is designed to feel like a neighbourhood hangout with serious flair. Think seasonal European-inspired food, approachable day-to-night dining, and a music program that leans into Balmain’s cultural roots.
With Head Chef John Frid (Esteban, tqm.) leading the kitchen and Group COO Tom Haynes (ARIA, Chiswick, Barangaroo House) shaping the culinary direction, Elliott’s delivers food with finesse but never fuss. Add in a cocktail list that riffs on classics, a wine program blending local favourites with international gems, and a music line-up curated by NITE-RITE Entertainment.
