The standout experience? Distil Your Own Gin Workshops, held every weekend. For $180pp, you’ll spend 2–2.5 hours creating your very own gin. This summer also brings limited-edition creations from master distiller Philip Moore, including the Tayberry Liqueur, made with Tasmanian Tayberries for a zesty, sweet burst of flavour, and the festive We Three Kings Christmas Gin, infused with Christmas pudding spices and flecked with edible gold.
