What better way to kick off the ultimate month out than with a cocktail on arrival followed by a lavish multi-course menu. Shell House will open its doors on Sunday 1st May exclusively for the official launch party of the American Express delicious. Month Out. Celebrate in style in the ground floor Menzies Bar, or elevate your evening in the Shell House Dining Room & Terrace, with a specially curated shared menu in the stunning space nine floors above the city.

A series of dinners will be hosted over the month of May, exploring Abruzzo, Tuscany, Campania and Sicily. Each week, Head Chef Stefano Gagliardi will explore the flavours of these regions and showcase dishes that are not commonly served in Australia. Born in Abruzzo, Gagliardi has contacts with premium suppliers in Italy, allowing him to source authentic ingredients and pair them with the best locally-sourced produce.
