The team behind the award-winning bar Maybe Sammy launched a new cocktail menu at their sister venue, Dean & Nancy on 22.
Dean & Nancy On 22, perched atop A by Adina Sydney, has unveiled its latest signature cocktail menu, World of Dreams. This imaginative collection of 14 creative cocktails invites guests to escape the ordinary and explore the fifth dimension with their tastebuds.
The standout? The Ayahuasca Daisy ($28) is a Margarita-inspired drink blending tequila, honeydew, apricot tea, and Montenegro Amaro. This cocktail isn’t just about taste—it’s an experience, complete with 3D glasses that connect the drink to a secret menu illustration. It’s a sip of wonder with a side of surprise.
For those with a taste for the tropical, the Velvet Venom Milk Punch ($29) delivers a layered delight. Served in a sea urchin-shaped glass, this cocktail pairs Flor de Caña’s 12-year-old rum with matcha, toasted rice, and almonds, offering a sweet, slow-revealing flavour journey.
Dreaming of cherry blossoms? The Hanami Bellini ($28) is your ticket to springtime bliss, blending Roku Gin, Amaretto, and sparkling wine for a floral and fruity escape. Meanwhile, the Bubble Dream Spritz ($27) plays on the joy of possibilities, combining vodka, Aperol, and passionfruit for a playful, fizzy sip.
For something a little more traditional, the Lotus Old Fashioned ($35) reimagines the classic with Dalmore 12-year-old whisky, muscovado sugar, and a touch of pepper berry.
Developed in collaboration with the acclaimed team behind Maybe Sammy, the World of Dreams menu is a testament to Dean & Nancy’s knack for elevating the cocktail experience. Sydney artist Sue Cadzow brings the menu to life with enchanting illustrations that mirror each drink’s personality.
Looking to take the dream further? Dean & Nancy’s exclusive overnight package at A by Adina includes a $100 bar credit, a Maybe Sammy cocktail trio pack, and a luxurious late check-out.
