Darling Pavilion will host a New Year’s Eve celebration with two sessions, 6–8pm and 8:30–10:30pm. Guests can enjoy a Mediterranean-inspired share menu featuring avocado rice paper rolls, prawn dumplings, and crispy fried chicken.
The party gets interactive with a DIY shish station featuring 12-hour slow-roasted lamb, lemon and thyme chicken, falafel, warm pita, house-made sauces, and fresh accompaniments for building your own creations. To complement the culinary spread, a 2-hour free-flowing drinks package keeps the spirits high with beer, wine, and spritzes, while a live DJ and saxophone duo set the soundtrack for a memorable night.
