A blossoming pink spring garden is coming to Daniel San for the second annual Cherry Blossom Festival.

Overseas travel might be off the cards, but we’ve found the perfect way to experience Japan’s iconic cherry blossom festival in your own backyard. Nestled in the heart of the northern beaches, Japanese restaurant Daniel San is transforming into an oasis of spring blooms this month for an unmissable culinary festival.

Kicking off from September 23rd, Daniel San’s annual Cherry Blossom Festival (in partnership with Strongbow Blossom Rosé Cider) is back for the second year running. Bringing a month-long celebration of pink-themed treats, this Okinawa-inspired, neon-drenched eatery is the perfect place to wine and dine this spring.

Get ready for an exclusive menu curated by Daniel San’s Head Chef, James Bae at the 2nd annual Cherry Blossom Festival. The Sakura-coloured menu includes Sakura pork bao bun’s, Sakura California sushi rolls, a mouth-watering burger with bright pink buns and Sakura sweet mochi skewers with a surprise ice-cream centre.

Punters have the option to order a la carte from the pop-up menu, or let the team make the decisions for you with two hours of bottomless Cherry Blossom bellini’s and a Sakura tasting plate for just $59.00 per person. Talk about the perfect bottomless dining experience to enjoy this spring!

Plus, the Sakua theme continues with an exclusive Cherry Blossom cocktail menu designed by Jinzu Gin. Sip your way through delicious pink takes on classic cocktails including a Gin Fizz, Sakura gin martini or a Cherry Blossom bellini.
