The Crab Carnival is returning to The Morrison, for a fun filled all-things-crab festival between March 30- April 24. A special crab menu will be served everyday with blue swimmer crab chowder, soft shell crab burgers, crab and lettuce tacos, crab linguine and delicious chilli mud crab. There will also be a crab eating competition between the chefs including Sean Connolly plus crab racing!
We are really excited about the Crabby Mary, a tasty twist on the old classic Bloody Mary.
Crabby Mary- Try Make It At Home!
– Crab Claw X 1
– Celery stick X 1
– Dried Basil Rim
– Pickles X 2 skewered
– 45mls Ketel One
– Bloody Mary Mix (we like McLure’s)
– Crab fork & 2 straws
1. Basil Rim glass
2. Add Ketel One Vodka
3. Add claw and celery
4. Add ice, pickles and crab fork
5. Serve with Bib and moist towel
