Now, Merivale is opening the much anticipated rooftop bar called the Coogee Pavilion Rooftop. Opening later this month guests can indulge in Eastern Mediterranean food and amazing views of the Coogee shoreline.

With the ground floor holding the Best Venue Renovation title, the rooftop will be brought to life with overflowing greenery and mismatched Moroccan tiles. The Coogee Pavilion Rooftop will have four indoor and outdoor bars and a sweeping balcony each with a different aesthetic.
Merivale CEO Justine Hemmes has said “this is our most exciting venue to open yet and certainly the one I’m most proud of.”

Guests will be able to experience a menu inspired by Executive Chef, Jordan Toft’s travels through the Mediterranean including charcoal-grilled meats and smoked seafood. There will also be a selection of post-beach snacks. The drinks menu, designed by Paul Mant, Merivale’s Group Bars Manager, will feature a long list of summer cocktails and sharing pitchers .
