With Sydney’s lockdown extended, the team at Lotus Dining Group have ramped up Lotus at Home, launching a range of pre-batched cocktails. Get the XO (an espresso martini for those with nowhere to go) a Ly-Chi Martini (Lotus’ house twist on a classic lychee martini), the Szechuan Tommy’s (a northern Chinese twist on a spicy margarita) or the Davidson Plum Negroni (the signature Lotus negroni celebrating Indigenous Australian flavours). The Barrie, Chippendale
The Barrie took residents inside Freda’s in June and quickly became a favourite spot for locals to listen to live music and drink cocktails.
