Following its successful debut last year, Clicquot and Claws is back at Chiswick Woollahra for a summer encore.
The collaboration between Solotel, Veuve Clicquot, and Brolos Western Rock Lobster brings the classic pairing of Champagne and lobster to the venue’s stunning garden setting. Running from 6th to 31st January, this limited-time activation is designed for long lunches and golden-hour dining.
The curated menu keeps things deliciously simple. Dive into the signature Brolos lobster burger for $25, or go all out with grilled WA rock lobster dressed in herb and garlic butter for $45. Pair your lobster with Veuve Clicquot at $15 per glass as a pairing option, $19 per glass, or $99 per bottle.
It’s an indulgent way to celebrate summer in one of Sydney’s most beautiful dining spaces. The special menu is also available at Barangaroo House and Aria (bar).
