Spill The Tea Over Teapot Cocktails And Yum Cha This Summer At Chin Chin

Eat, Restaurants, Sydney / 30 January 2023

Feeling thirst-tea? Chin Chin’s ‘Fifty Shades of Earl Grey’ will quench your thirst.

No weekend is complete without a ritualistic spilling of tea with the squad, preferably accompanied by tasty treats and a solid cocktail offering to wash it all down. This summer, Chin Chin have well and truly hit the brief with a delicious summer yum cha offering, that will immediately see you firing up the group chat.

The delicious $88pp summer-inspired feast guarantees an explosion of the season’s best flavours. Signature plates have been reimagined into delectable bitesize morsels – think mini crispy prawn Bahn Mi with sriracha mayo – and traditional Chinese dishes have been remixed with a hefty dose of South East Asian flavour, have you ever had your egg fried rice smothered in Chin Chin’s herbaceous Big 4 Coriander paste?

Of course, dumplings are aplenty on the satiating yum cha menu with flavours spanning from Thai-inspired Tom Yum Prawn & Squid, to a more traditional shumai of Scallop & Prawn.
