Get ready for a full throttle sensory experience at Chin Chin as they launch HYPER REAL.

Here to push the boundaries of your routine dining experience are the gastronomical masterminds at Chin Chin Sydney. Having recently announced ‘HYPER REAL: An Immersive Dining Experience’, now is your chance to leave your mundane reality behind you and enter a world where you can lick the walls, catch mind-bending art installations, eat and drink like kings and queens.

Running for three nights from Thursday 4th – Saturday 6th April over various session times, installation art and performance gets set to merge with Chin Chin’s signature food and beverage offering for an immersive dining experience. Working in collaboration with conceptual artist Nights At The Nest, Offerings (aka Missy Gilbert), your evening sees Chin Chin’s event space Chii Town transformed into an creative wonderland.

The fun begins as soon as you purchase your ticket, with hints leaked on the top-secret theme along with mandatory dress code instructions. On the night, you will cut through the metal fence and lick the walls, as you become a part of the art installation. From there, expect to have your visceral senses reconstructed and disrupted.

As for the all important food menu, Offerings have been working alongside Chin Chin to develop a concept and menu that is set to leave you wowed.

“Collaborating on the food design element with Graeme and the Chin Chin team has been a dream, we’ve been developing ways to create innovative and theatrical dishes, that gives food a new pulse,” said Missy Gilbert.
