Head Chef, Lauren Murdoch will be there to provide a carefully curated menu to satisfy all of your culinary desires. Murdoch works closely with Sydney’s finest providores to feature the freshest and most interesting seasonal offerings. It wouldn’t be a new year’s party without plenty of sweet tunes as well. Entertainment will be provided by Dena Amy, an Australian DJ, producer and singer who will provide a unique mix of soul, bass and funk style music. Supporting Amy for the night will be Dan Rowntree. Offering fresh ambient chill sounds, French style cocktail lounge tracks, disco and smoother Deep House, you’ll be boogying the night away.
Did we mention the part where there will also be free flowing Champagne Moët Imperial throughout the event? Yep! Not only that but guests will have direct access to a variety of signature cocktails curated in partnership with Belvedere Vodka. If Champagne and cocktails don’t take your fancy, there will be a selection of wines from Cape Mentelle, Western Australia. When the clock strikes midnight, there will be plenty of space for you to see the fireworks with exclusive access to the Sydney Opera House Western Boardwalk.
