This summer, Balmain’s beloved Argentinian restaurant, Casa Esquina, is giving Sydneysiders yet another reason to raise a glass with the launch of Casa de Flores.
Running from January 15th to February 28th, the menu combines a new bottomless brunch offering with an exclusive St Germain cocktail list, making it the ultimate destination for long, lazy afternoons in the sun.
Here’s the setup: grab a seat on the sun-drenched outdoor terrace, start with a crisp Hugo Spritz on arrival, and settle in for two hours of bottomless sparkling and rosé. The food? A three-course feast of Argentinian bites, including pulled lamb croquetas with paprika mayo, beef empanadas, flame-roasted chicken with salsa chambota, and crunchy Old Bay fries with special sauce.
At $99 per person (minimum two), the menu is a refreshing take on bottomless dining, blending Latin flavours with Sydney’s love of brunch culture. It’s a solid reason to gather your crew and make the most of summer Saturdays and Sundays.
The drinks don’t stop there. Casa Esquina is also rolling out an exclusive cocktail menu as part of the collaboration. Expect six inventive mixes featuring St Germain’s elderflower liqueur, including the zesty Yuzu-cello Spritz and the smoky-sweet Paloma Rose. For something a little different, try the It’s Mai Time, a tropical concoction with coconut and Fernet Branca.
With its floral cocktails, Argentinian dishes, and breezy terrace vibes, Casa de Flores is where long brunches and good company meet this summer. Whether you’re here for the food, the drinks, or both, this is one seasonal pop-up worth booking.
